Yes, returning the full amount of the reservation.
What happens if I cancel my reservation after the deadline?
If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, the amount of the reservation will be lost, as we would not be able to secure a second reservation for that day for the boat owner, causing considerable financial losses.
How long will it take to receive the refund?
The refund will be made within 14 days, as established by European Union law.
How can I confirm my reservation?
Once the availability of the boat for the requested day is confirmed, we will proceed to pay 50% of the reservation through the payment methods that Boat in Mallorca offers.
How do I make the payment to confirm my reservation?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
